I adapt my approach to the client, not the client to my approach. Together, we will explore what resonates with you and what works best, while removing anything that feels uncomfortable.
The methods I have studied and rely on include: SFBT, IFS, EMDR, and Gestalt. I also incorporate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), logotherapy, art therapy, body therapy and coaching. If a client wants to work within a method unfamiliar to me, I am open and curious to explore a new approach together.
